Fire doors
EAB’s fire door SPN for interior use is a fire-rated and very durable door that can handle the toughest conditions thanks to its galvanized, welded frame. We manufacture it entirely in line with your specifications in terms of dimensions and any glazed sections required.
HOT-DIP GALVANISED AND DURABLE
Our fire doors have a steel framed, galvanised construction and with a great degree of flexibility when it comes to dimensions.
DOOR FRAME AND ASSEMBLY
The door frame is made from a 3 mm square profile. Both sides of the door have 1.25 mm hot dip galvanised steel sheet. M16 frame bolts are supplied with your fire door for assembly.

Fire classifications
Secure your area before an accident happens. The fire door is compliant with fire classifications EL 15, E 30 and E 60.
Customise your fire door to suit your needs
We fully customise your fire door to suit your dimensions and special requirements.
Door leaf and cladding
The frames on our fire doors are comprised of welded, galvanised square profiles and are clad with smooth steel sheet or polyester lacquered profiled sheet. The steel cladding is screwed onto the door frame using our own special screws, which means that steel sheet is easy to replace if it becomes damaged.
Insulation
The fire door comes with standard insulation material, which is 40 mm mineral wool.
Let the light in but keep fire out
When choosing a fire door from EAB you do not need to compromise on its appearance. Add a glazed section for better light transmission.
Choose surface treatment for your fire door
EAB offers three types of surface treatment for your fire door:
- Option 1: Hot dip galvanised door leaf frame and steel cladding.
- Option 2: Hot dip galvanised door leaf frame with polyester lacquered steel sheet cladding as per separate range of colours.
- Option 3: Paint treatment on hot dip galvanised door leaf frame and steel sheet cladding as per separate paint program.
